Matt with NaSh Appliance is the ONLY service provider you will ever need.  Matt addressed an issue with my washer and provided an exceptional permormance! Let me begin by stating Im someone who researches extensively before I engage anything.  I read reviews, look at Trustpilot, compare options with similar businesses, etc.  I landed on NaSh and sent an email at 10pm expecting it to be read and replied to the next day. NOPE! I received a reply from Matt in minutes. We communicated with several messages and concluded with him ordering the part I needed and coming the next morning to install it. Who needs AI?!  Real life service with real people who are highly skilled and have integrity is becoming more rare. Well Matt is a part of that rarity. His cost is also amazingly affordable. Dmitri was very helpful on the phone and accommodated  a service call for a dishwasher issue at my dad’s home which is located in another county. He identified the problem without taking advantage of my situation. He communicated with me well to get it resolved.  He was willing to go pick up the part and go back to do the repair in the same day. He was able to easily arrange for me to make payment for his repair. My washer was leaking a large amount of water.  I was having a not so good week from multiple repair projects.  When it rains, it pours.  Anton responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry.  We scheduled for an evaluation the next day.  He ordered the part and came back the following day for repair.  To my surprise, the repair was faster than expected.  I really appreciate his calm and collected demeanor when I asked him numerous questions.  The only thing I could comment on for feedback is that the washer pan was left filled with water from the part replacement, having it dried out or letting us know to get towels would have been appreciated. I needed someone to come out quickly to look at my fridge that had stopped cooling. NaSh Appliance responded quickly to my query on the Yelp app and they were the only service to be able to arrive that morning, plus I saw they had all 5-star reviews so I figured it was a good bet. Anton arrived within the specified timeframe and gave me a fair quote to work on the problem. When it wasn't what he expected to find, he reduced the price of the quote which shows you that he is very honest and I really appreciated that. He explained things as he went, took care with all the items he removed, and cleaned everything as he went along. In the end, the issue was fixed and my fridge is still working the next day. I was promised a free service call and diagnostic and that's exactly what I got! The technician showed up during the 2 hour window as promised and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my washers problem is not able to be repaired (it's an old, refurbished washer - so I was hoping I could squeak away with a small repair). Just want to take a minute to thank NaSh Appliance Group and Anton for coming out on short notice on a Saturday to come check out my washer problem. Anton showed up on time and took a look at everything and got it all handled. Great customer service and super friendly. They saved me a ton of money by not having to replace my washer. I wish yelp would allow for 10 stars. Don't waste your time with other companies go straight to NaSh. He responded within a few minutes of my request, which was afterhours and was able to come the next morning. He saved us time and money. first time working with Nash Appliance. after reading the reviews help me make decision. I contacted them left a message and it was returned with in 5 mins. Set an appointment for the following day, for my LG Dryer front loader. Matt showed up was polite professional and ready to get to work. With in an hour Matt had the dryer apart, Diagnose, and running like new. I would have to say I if needed another appliance repaired I will call Matt again. Talk about impressive! I had a previous company come out and check for issues and they said the compressor of my refrigerator was dying, recommended either pay for $1500+ repair or buy a new fridge from the major retailers. Here is where Anton comes in: he shows up and within 5 minutes finds out what's wrong with my fridge (frost building near evap). He points to my freezer and shows me that the freezer food is keeping cold just fine, and that the compressor is fine, the issue lies elsewhere (KitchenAid 26 cu ft French door fridge KRMF706ESS). He can have my business. Hell he can have my wife and kid and Porsche! Unfortunately, he cannot have my DoubleStuf Oreos. That's reserved specifically for Kike Hernandez.
